Job Description
Develop and maintain existing and prospective customers through aggressive sales activity within the food industry. A highly technical sales cycle which requires a certain degree of technical savvy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Assist customers in identifying automation opportunities  Develop and maintain relationships with Key Account customer base.  Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites and other sources.  Travel throughout USA to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.  Follows up on prospective and regular customers compiled from the above lists via telephone and e-mail.  Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.  Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into UpShot database.  Submits weekly reports in a timely fashion.  Update Forecast using UpShot on a daily basis.  Attends trade shows.
Job Requirements
1. 5+ years sales experience preferably in capital equipment. 2. B.A. some aspect of sales or business. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Description
Responsible for design concepts, calculations, schedules, design review, completion of detailed design documentation, program PLC and MMI controls and testing, resulting in customer project acceptance; provide on-site technical assistance in conjunction with the Service Department. Duties: 1. Develop concepts to solve complex customer system requirements. 2. Design Electrical Panels and write PLC code. 3. Support Manufacturing to get equipment working to spec. 4. Interpret blueprints and technical concepts. 5. Create/modify/update all electrical and mechanical drawings from sketches, markups and verbal instructions. 6. Job Requirements

Experience with Servo controls using A-B GMI. 4. Programming A-B PLC AI and Panel View software preferred. 5. Experience with MS Office and data entry in an inventory management/Bill of Material system. 4. B.S.E.E. or equivalent work experience with automation equipment. 5. Job Description
Colborne seeks a Service Technician who will be responsible for installations, service and warranty claims. They will also participate in customer product testing, demonstrations, technician education, and final quality control inspection of machinery prior to shipment. Other responsibilities will be: Assisting to insure all machinery installations, service, and warranty claims are handled professionally in a fair and timely manner through direct customer and representative contact. Providing technical support to engineering and manufacturing for machinery upgrades and configurations including written documentation of field corrections and problems for their use. Assisting in the testing of product samples supplied by the customer for the purpose of determining equipment compatibility and configuration. Assisting in the training of customer service technicians and outside service agencies. Assisting in the final quality and performance testing of machinery providing written notification for the required modifications. Involved in the customer contact and assistance during machinery acceptance visits. Advising engineering of operational and sanitation aspects of new machinery for the purpose of manual composition. Reviewing recommended spare parts lists for new machinery supplied by engineering. Recommending the deletion or addition of inventoried service parts, including quantities.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have 4-5 years of field service experience, preferably in the baking or automated machinery industries. PLC programming & troubleshooting and computer skills with MS Office required. Experience with Servo and Robotic installation a major plus. Must have a willingness to travel.
